Tender brisket steak in a creamy sauce (with brandy, mushrooms and mustard). With thyme roast potatoes and vegetables.
Pre-heated oven 160°C/325°F/Gas 3-4. Fan oven: 140°C/275°F. 35 – 40 minutes or longer if required.
Store at -18C, do not refreeze once thawed
