Cod in Parsley Sauce
A delicate cod fillet in creamy parsley sauce. Served with boiled potatoes, carrots and peas.
Cooking Guidelines (all ovens may vary):
Pre-heated oven, 160°C/325°F/Gas mark 3-4. If fan assisted 140°C/275°F. Cook until piping hot. Typically 40 – 45 minutes or longer if necessary.
Position the plastic container in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on full power.
