Lamb Shank (On The Bone)
A juicy lamb shank slow cooked on the bone and served with redcurrant and caramelised onion gravy.
Cook from frozen. Do not pierce – cook with film lid on. Once cooked do not reheat. For best results oven cook.
Oven (all ovens may vary):
Pre-heated oven 185°C/370°F/Gas mark 4-5. If fan assisted 165°C/330°F. Cook until piping hot. Typically 45 minutes or longer if necessary.
Position the plastic container in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on full power.
