Roast Lamb In Mint Gravy
Succulent roast lamb in mint gravy. Served with roast potatoes, mashed carrot and swede and green beans.
Cook in pre-heated oven 160°C/325°F/Gas mark 3-4. If fan assisted 140°C/275°F. Typically 35 – 40 minutes or longer if necessary.
Store at -18C, do not refreeze once thawed
