For our Winter & Spring menu, our talented team of chefs have been working hard to bring you a selection of tasty, new flavours. 

From a flavoursome Lamb in Honey & Mint Sauce to a tasty and rich Chicken Lasagne, we've got plenty of warming meals for you to enjoy this season.

In The Kitchen

Our Head Chef, Phil Rimmer, has been busy in the kitchen with our two Development Chefs, Jethro Lawrence and Matthew Peters.

With a wealth of experience between them, including Jethro making it to the 'MasterChef the Professionals' semi-final, they know a thing or two about making really good food. We're delighted to have such a talented team behind our delicious recipes, who work closely with our in-house dietitians to ensure each meal is nutritionally balanced.
