Remove required number of frozen éclairs from the freezer and arrange on a serving dish. Allow the éclairs to defrost for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. After defrost keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
