Our friendly delivery drivers are local to you, so you will regularly see a familiar face at your door to brighten your day. They all have one thing in mind, and that’s to ensure you have the best experience possible when receiving your order, so all you have to worry about is eating your favourite meals.

Since March, we have introduced some temporary changes in order for us to deliver the very best service to you, including implementing our no-contact deliveries. Your regular driver will knock on your door (or give you a call), to let you know they’ve arrived, and take a step back – maintaining the safe two meter distance while you collect your ready meals.

If you cannot manage to collect your meals and put them away on your own, then the driver will still come in as before and help put the meals away in the freezer for you, while wearing a face covering or visor and maintaining social distancing. They make sure their hands are sanitized before and after delivery, and where possible we also encourage card payments for an added level of safety, so you can be sure we’re taking every step to protect you, and our drivers alike.
