Three filling slices of pork shoulder in a tasty gravy. Served with roast potatoes, carrots and peas.
Cook in pre-heated oven 160°C/325°F/Gas mark 3-4. If fan assisted 140°C/275°F. Typically 40 minutes or longer if necessary.
Position the plastic container in the centre of the microwave oven. Cook on full power.

Not nice. Meat fatty and stringy, awful. Gravy watery. Potatoes and veg were delicious.
